MTA Administrative Building, 1401 South Dort Highway
Description
The Mass Transportation Authority (MTA) Board of Directors meets monthly on the fourth Thursday.
Accessibility
The MTA admin building is located off Dort Highway north of I-69, and is the westernmost building in the same complex as the bus garage and the Flint Amtrak/Indian Trails station. Meetings are accessible via Route 10 (Richfield) and MTA Your Ride, a dial-a-ride service open to the general public for travel within Genesee County. Note that Route 10 only serves the MTA facility upon request: When boarding, inform the driver of your destination. Return service from the MTA facility on Route 10 must be requested by calling dispatch at (810) 767-6950 Ext. 8137 – follow the signage at the bus stop. For Your Ride travelers, account creation and advance reservation is required, and rides are subject to availability. The admin building entrance and board auditorium are fully accessible. Attendees will be escorted from a waiting area into the auditorium by MTA staff upon arrival. Free onsite parking is available.

Description
The Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation (SMART) Board of Directors meets monthly on the fourth Thursday. A special meeting will be held at 1:30pm, prior to the regular board meeting at 2:00pm, for the purpose of swearing in a new board member. Both are open to the public.
Accessibility
OCC Royal Oak is a 10-minute walk from the Royal Oak Transit Center which is served by SMART Routes 430, 460, 492, 730, 740 and the Amtrak Wolverine. Routes 460 and 730 also serve the stops at Washington and Lincoln immediately outside the building. Use the main entrance at the northeast corner of Washington and Lincoln and follow signage to the second floor of Building D to reach the theater, which is accessible by elevator. Campus parking is available in the Washington Avenue structure directly south of the building free of charge, though vehicles must be moved promptly following the conclusion of the board meeting. Accessible public parking is available in other structures throughout Royal Oak and is free for 2 hours, then $0.75 each additional hour.

Description
The Detroit Transportation Corporation (DTC) Board of Directors, which oversees the Detroit People Mover and the Transit Police, meets monthly on the fourth Thursday.
Accessibility
Virtual attendance is via Zoom with both audio and text chat participation available during the public comment period at the end of each meeting. In-person attendees will need to visit the security desk inside the lobby of the Guardian Building for elevator access to the 29th floor. The security desk and elevator bank is wheelchair accessible via the main (west) entrance on Griswold; use the manual doors to either side of the revolving door. The retail promenade, including the gift shop and coffee shop, is wheelchair accessible from the south entrance on Larned. There is no step-free interior path between these portions of the building. Return trip to lobby requires use of a wall-mounted touchscreen at accessible height to call an elevator. The building is transit accessible from the Financial District People Mover station, the Congress Street QLINE station, multiple nearby bus stops, and the adjacent parking structure. The boardroom is a considerably tight space and staff may need to move chairs to accommodate attendees using mobility devices.

Description
In place of the monthly Community Input Meeting, The Detroit Department of Transportation (DDOT) will hold a public hearing on proposed service changes effective January 20, 2025. This includes frequency improvements on multiple routes and moving the downtown endpoint of Route 4 (Woodward) to the Rosa Parks Transit Center.
Accessibility
This meeting will be virtual in Zoom webinar format. Following a presentation from DDOT staff, attendees may raise their hand to request two minutes to speak; DDOT staff will address any concerns raised at their discretion.

Oakland County Courthouse Committee Room A, 1200 North Telegraph Road, Pontiac
Description
The Transit Ad Hoc Committee of the Oakland County Board of Commissioners oversees the implementation of the Oakland Transit plan.
Accessibility
The south entrance of the county courthouse is accessible from SMART Route 790 and the Pontiac/Auburn Hills Flex zone. Use the "Oakland County Service Center" stop on Court Tower Boulevard west of County Center Drive. All attendees must pass through metal detectors monitored by the Sheriff's Office upon arrival.
