The Regional Transit Authority of Southeast Michigan (RTA) Board of Directors meets monthly on the third Thursday as a public body.

Rosa Parks Transit center upper level or virtual via Zoom
Description
The Detroit Department of Transportation (DDOT) is holding a public hearing for service changes that will take effect Sunday, June 22, 2025. These include frequency improvements and multiple routing changes.
Accessibility
The Rosa Parks Transit Center is fully accessible with multiple DDOT and SMART routes providing direct service. The virtual component of the meeting will be held in Zoom webinar format. Following a presentation from DDOT staff, attendees may raise their hand to request two minutes to speak; DDOT staff will address any concerns raised at their discretion. Due to time constraints, not all attendees will have an opportunity to speak.

Description
The Michigan Association of Railroad Passengers (MARP) will hear from guest speaker Alexandria Elsea, MDOT Rail Analyst.
Accessibility
The Dearborn Transit Center is served by the Amtrak Wolverine and multiple SMART routes including FAST Michigan (Route 261). The meeting will be held on the west side of the first floor. Station doors are fully automatic and accessible restrooms are available.

Description
The Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation (SMART) Board of Directors meets monthly on the fourth Thursday.
Accessibility
The east entrance of the Buhl Building on Griswold is wheelchair accessible; use the manual doors to either side of the pair of revolving doors. The building is transit accessible from the Financial District People Mover station, the Congress Street QLINE station, multiple nearby bus stops, and the adjacent parking structure. Attendees will need to visit the security desk in the main lobby for elevator access to the 6th floor. The boardroom is a considerably tight space and staff may need to move chairs to accommodate attendees using mobility devices. Return trip to lobby requires use of a wall-mounted touchscreen at accessible height to call an elevator. Virtual attendance is limited to email and a view-only YouTube stream as of April 2023.

Description
The Detroit Transportation Corporation (DTC) Board of Directors, which oversees the Detroit People Mover and the Transit Police, meets monthly on the fourth Thursday.
Accessibility
Virtual attendance is via Zoom with both audio and text chat participation available during the public comment period at the end of each meeting. In-person attendees will need to visit the security desk inside the lobby of the Guardian Building for elevator access to the 29th floor. The security desk and elevator bank is wheelchair accessible via the main (west) entrance on Griswold; use the manual doors to either side of the revolving door. The retail promenade, including the gift shop and coffee shop, is wheelchair accessible from the south entrance on Larned. There is no step-free interior path between these portions of the building. Return trip to lobby requires use of a wall-mounted touchscreen at accessible height to call an elevator. The building is transit accessible from the Financial District People Mover station, the Congress Street QLINE station, multiple nearby bus stops, and the adjacent parking structure. Description
The SMARTer Mobility team is conducting another round of public engagement to gather feedback on the final proposed SMART network redesign.
Accessibility
Mount Clemens Public Library is on the north side of Cass Avenue west of downtown Mount Clemens. The meeting is approximately six blocks from FAST Gratiot (Route 562/563) and the Gratiot Local (Route 560) with a sidewalk connection. The nearest northbound stop is Gratiot & Crocker. The nearest southbound stop is Main & Cass. Both stops are accessible with shelters, benches, and call phones. The meeting space within the building itself is fully accessible with parking available onsite.

Description
The SMARTer Mobility team is conducting another round of public engagement to gather feedback on the final proposed SMART network redesign.
Accessibility
Pontiac Public Library is at the southwest corner of Pike and northbound Woodward. The meeting is two blocks from the Phoenix Center, offering direct access from FAST Woodward (Route 462) plus Routes 375, 759, 790, and 796 and the Pontiac/Auburn Hills Flex zone. The nearest fully accessible stop is Perry & Pike which is served by all local SMART routes in the Pontiac area. The main floor entrance is accessible by ramp. Security may direct attendees to enter through the lower level doors, which are connected to the main floor by elevator.

Description
The SMARTer Mobility team is conducting another round of public engagement to gather feedback on the final proposed SMART network redesign.
Accessibility
The Henry Ford Centennial Library is on the south side of Michigan Avenue between the Southfield Freeway and Greenfield. The meeting can be reached directly from DDOT Routes 2 and 10, SMART Routes 200 and 210, and the Dearborn Flex zone. FAST Michigan (Route 261) stops nearby at Greenfield. A sidewalk connection is present between the library and both the eastbound and westbound FAST stops.
